• Trips are reliant on weather conditions. The company reserves the right to cancel trips due to bad weather and any other unfavorable circumstance at the skipper's discretion. Clients will be notified of trip cancellation via the number provided at booking, as soon as the decision has been taken.
• When the paid trips are canceled because of the above circumstances, clients will either be refunded or given the opportunity to reschedule.
• Please note there is NO REFUND for NO SIGHTINGS
• Clients are required to arrive 30 minutes before departure, otherwise, the booking will be canceled without a refund.
• Group bookings (more than 5 people) will only be confirmed upon full payment. If canceled, or the number of clients changes, the office must be notified at least 48 hours before departure. Cancellation terms apply.

Cancellation by clients:

• NO REFUNDS  if canceled 24 hours before the trip
• NO REFUNDS for No-Shows
• NO REFUNDS for Private Charters if canceled 72 hours before the trip
• 50% of the trip cost payable for group bookings ( more than 5 people) after 30 days of the booking date

Cancellation by the Company:

• FULL REFUND if the trip is canceled because of unsuitable weather (skipper discretion only)
• FULL REFUND if the trip is canceled because of mechanical failure
